Our policy lasts 30 days. If you wish to return your item within 30 days we will issue you a refund, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Orders that are older than 30 days are not available for refunds, unfortunately.
To start a return, email us at Contact@yogafirststeps.com and request a return. Please attach your receipt or proof of sale to your email. We need this for all refunds.
Note: Your item(s) must arrive in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened in the original packaging.
Once we receive the product we will contact you regarding your return. If returned merchandise meets the above requirements we will process a refund, not including shipping costs if any. Your refund may take up to (14) business days from the date of processing before your account is credited.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact@yogafirststeps.com and we will send you a return merchant authorization (RMA) instructions.
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping.
